Movie Drought

It's a sad thing that I have been unable to make it to any movies lately, as midterms managed to catch me off guard. It also seems that theater have recently gone into a slump, as there are no films out at the moment that particularly interest me. All of this has changed. Unknown is to be released in theaters this Friday. I plan on attending during my traditional midnight outing. The last time I attempted this was with the Mechanic starting Jason Statham, but my plans were corrupted as my regular theater did not have have it showing at midnight. When this happens, I usually go without seeming the movie entirely. I crossed my fingers this time though. Hopefully my superstitious act will prove fruitful.

Unknown stars Liam Neeson, one of my favorite actors. He is undoubtedly going to be his bad ass self in the upcoming action thriller. It looks entertaining and the premise sounds interesting. To be perfectly honest, the premise could be presented as mundane and I would still go to see it. Neeson is that awesome. I should have the review up tomorrow if everything goes as planned, but I said this about The Mechanic which I never saw so...we will see.
